    I am soo mad about this. I have lost everything that I have accomplished for the last two weeks or more. Does anyone have any new info on this? I got an email back from the support team saying they were working on it but it has been 5 days already and I don't know if I should just start over on my English farm or wait?

    That's exactly what happened to me! I worked so hard decorating it too, and was almost finished, and now it's back to nothing. I hope when they say they are fixing it, they literally mean we'll get everything back we just lost. So frustrating. I wish they'd update us more on exactly what's going on.
